Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Refused again (didn’t make minimum salary cutoff point) at 35 points, non shortage (it was to be expected).

I’m not holding my breath for April either, even though it would be amazing if it came through!

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

Hiya, 35 points here. Was obviously refused (not rejected) for the second time (Jan and Feb), due to not meeting minimum cutoff point.

My lawyer said that the minimum cut off point seemed to be ‘around £50,000’. Good luck still to those who are around this mark and waiting to hear back!!

Re: January 2018 Restricted COS

I've been told mine is "under review" and that the UKBA will take up to an additional 5 working days to reach a decision, has anyone else received a similar result today? I'm a lowly 35 points so I'm assuming I won't be successful this month :/

Re: Tier 2 application after cooling off period

I guess just my 3 month tourist visa? I didn't think I needed to apply for a separate tourist visa since I'm on an Australian passport, and that I have a valid working visa for Germany...have I been stupid?

Tier 2 application after cooling off period

Hi everyone I was wondering if someone could shed light on the earliest application date for a Tier 2 general visa AFTER the 12 month cooling off period. Mine's a little tricky - after having been sponsored by one company on Tier 2, I am now on a 12 month cooling off period but I've been visiting th...
