Dear pktami,

Yes that's the confusion. The form to download from thier website has file name hsmp1april07 but if you look at the bottom of the page of this form it says 10/07

So i would like to make sure if 03/07 form is still valid.

you are lucky paramjit..that u r in India at this point of time. For people like us who are in this place..simply not possible to go to india taking leave of work. I exactly know how much of a nightmare it is to get a letter from the university, expecially where they do not even have E-mail addresse...
