Declare LC-20 Driving not in Accordance with License for ILR

Hi will be applying for ILR soon.....sorry to ask again but just wanted to be sure on this ..My husband had 3 points and 60 GBP fine based on LC-20 traffic offense which stands for driving not in accordance with the license back in 2007. The fine was given in police station... Do you think we should...

No court was involved, however he had to go to police station to pay 60 GBP fine.

The 3 points were given for driving on provisional licence.

hello all,

Was wondering if someone can help. I will be applying for mine and my husbands ILR around 23rd March. My husband has 3 point on his licence. Can someone pls advise if we need to declare this on the form?

Well i was already on a work permit past 3 yrs..so already had a job..i might continue working here for a while anyway..but i wanted freedom..so i switched to HSMP

Hi All, My docs have been dispached on 18th April. I called on same day to HO. I was also told that my case is approved for 3 yrs. I hope I will get passport on 22nd April.
