Urgent treatment

Hi,

Theoretically sending the urgent treatment request doesnt gaurantee a urgent treatment but has anyone actually had the scenario where he/she sent the urgent treatment request and the request was declined?

it doesnt make sense, but i agree that is what the current situation is. They say the reason you can "downgrade" to WP it because they acknowledge you have skills to benefit the country...so if someone who has been on WP all the time can get ILR...why cant someone who went HSMP->WP with n...

Re: No Ilts requirement for ppl switching from non hsmp tp h

iloveuk wrote:hi hari,
I failed to understand why u needed English requirement since your case is initial leave to remain only.

English requirement is only for hsmp extension applications only

Hope this helps
The english requirement is for both whether it is new HSMP or HSMP extension.

documents

HI,

In a typical case scenario, you need the following:
  • -> passport + dependent passport if any
    -> 2 photos with your name on back + dependent photo if any
    -> 3 months payslip
    -> marriage cert if applicable
    -> birth cert of child if applicable

Re: Going in person

Are you talking about PEO at Croydon. I dont think they handle FLR - HSMP. Hi, Has anyone ever gone in person (or tried to arrange to possibly do this)? I am also leaving this all quite late. I am about to submit my HSMP application later this week with a view to getting it back in early Feb. Our vi...

dont worry

hi jaiswal,

dont panic and dont worry. those who are not eligible under the new HSMP scheme can switch to Work Permits.
I know this can be a pain but speak to your employer and see if there is any option.

Any exception in duration of Initial HSMP stamp duration

Hi,

I understand that the LTR against a new HSMP is stamped for 2 yrs. Is it correct? Is there anyone who got the LTR for more than 2 yrs?
If yes, is there any criteria for that?

no college letter

pls note that the letter from college wont work. ENSURE that the letter is from the same entitiy as the entity that awarded you the dgree. if the degree is from DU, the letter has to be from the DU and not the college.

DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY STATUS

Hi,

I am currently on WP and have applied for HSMP.
Incase my HSMP gets approved, do I have to get the status changed from WP to HSMP? I dont want to do that as I dont want my current employer to know that I have HSMP.

Regards,
Chandan
