What is the maximum amount of days you can be out of the UK with a spouse visa? I know its on the site somewhere but can't find it anywhere!

The visa prices went up on 1st April. We applied in Feb so we only paid £260. The new fiance visa fee is £500.

I would check the new fee rates for marriage visit visa as I think thats gone up too

If you plan to get married in the UK and live in the UK together once you are married then you should apply for a fiance visa, which is valid fro 6 months from the time of issue and you have to get married within this time. By visa office I mean the British Embassy in Tirana, Albania. I have got my fiance to change his ticket, it only cost 80 Euros to change it so thats a lot cheaper than the £500 he could have had to pay!

Well if he is going to be assisting in the financial support of him until he has his spouse visa then yes you would need his financial info. If you are his main sponsor then you will need to provide all your financial info.
