Re: Urgent request: Arrested: no Caution, Not Charged, No penalty, No Conviction

Did I made mistake by not declaring this in 2015? Will this affect my ILR application, would HO allege me for dishonest? Kind regards Technically you don't need to declare anything here in this form either. It's not a conviction, reprimand or a caution but divulging on your own, I only meant "...

Re: form AN NEED HELP

Hide nothing, declare everything and explain what you explained here in a cover letter. If you stopped working physically in May, then mention that and explain the P45 situation seperately. To be doubly sure, you may get the same in writing from your employer if you could. If a P45 has been issued, ...

Re: Complex issue with my son application

Are you paying for your application or your company/solicitors. If you apply for priority service and for any reason they can't make a decision within specified timeline, they would refund you the priority service fee or some part of it. I have had this experience and was returned over 1600 GBP for ...

TO be honest I haven't heard NCS issuing registration certificate. However, you shouldn't delay at all and contact them at the earliest.

Re: T2 (G) --> ILR: online salary slips

Just like bank statements are accompanied to confirm their genuinity even though they are on letterhead, there are people who get their bank stamp statements too.

I would say it's better to be safe than sorry, they might as well accept it but they can question it too.

Re: URGENT!!! MN1 Registration Letter received but no Certificate

Most of the time both arrive together. If approval letter does not say they are posting it separately then you must write/call them at the earliest. You can't apply for your son's passport without registration certificate. However, you can go ahead with ceremony for yourself and your wife without hi...

Yes it would. We all have to manage with difficult people sometime in life, important is you carry on and get what you want out of them. If your previous employer is not far off you may go to their office and collect the same, though even this would. Don't forget to mention in cover letter that this...

You have very few absences anyway. Absences out of UK don't necessarily have to be for work only. Your employer does not need to say they were work-related, even if they certify you were employed and took approved leaves from work its fine. If they still resist, just take the experience letter and s...
