Approved CIS

Hello, I'm looking into CIS from private UK insurers but I cannot find which ones are fully acceptable by HO/UKBA. I heard from previous applicants who used WPA/AXA/AVIVA/BUPA/VITALITY that some were accepted, some refused. Few insurers have a policy that is called "COMPREHENSIVE" while ot...

Re: Post-BREXIT EU right to stay - registration certificate

I agree but we're only considering the depencency form because I believe I can provide strong evidences as his sponsor. So you think we should go for him as self-sufficient? I looked at the form for that and I don't know if our evidences will be enough, is it just showing simply his savings in bank ...

Re: EEA (QP) registration certificate

God knows what status I have after refusal: illegal Without claiming any recourse to divine knowledge, I can advise you that EU citizens in the UK can not be illegally present within the UK. The EU Treaties (and the EEA Agreement) allow you to be present anywhere in the EEA at any time. But residen...

Re: Post-BREXIT EU right to stay - registration certificate

He is currently unemployed but looking to become self-employed again. At the moment I'm the only working member in the family so I thought in this way he is dependent on me. But I'm not 100% sure which is why I'm asking which form is suitable for him. The close/extended family member of QP form is q...

Re: EEA(QP) - can I apply immediately on arrival to the UK?

Yes, you can apply for EEA(QP) immediately on arrival, provided of course that you are a qualified person. A self-sufficient person also requires Comprehensive Sickness Insurance (aka private health insurance). So make sure you get that before you apply. I want to apply for my father as a self-suff...

Post-BREXIT EU right to stay - registration certificate

Hello, My family is looking to apply for registration certificates. I'm working part-time (started this year) while my siblings are studying full-time and we are going to use the "qualified person" form. I hope I can even though I just started working. Before I studied for 5 years and yes,...
