Re: FLR(M) APPLICATION BEFORE SPOUSE ILR DECISION

Hi there,
I've now got the answer for my first query above from other similar queries on the forum.
I am also kind of sure about the 3rd query above, just wanted to double check.
But I am really in doubt about the 2nd query, could someone please answer the my 2nd query. Thanks.

Hi there, Me, my wife & children are having valid Tier 2 visa until Mid-November 2020. Last month (25 August) I've applied ILR (Long Residence) as a standard application as the super priority application services are not available. I don't think I 'd receive the decision before our current visa ...

Re: ILR-LR GUIDANCE, FURLOUGHED BECAUSE OF COVID-19

Thanks CR001 for swift response. 1. So can my spouse apply for FLR (M) along with my ILR-LR application? or can she only apply after my ILR decision has been made. What's the deadline for her FLR application? She is not planning any travel outside UK. 2. Also what are the requirements to apply for m...

Re: Child Registration as British Citizenship born prior to either parent ILR

You can apply at the same time or after but before her visa expiry. You can also just stick to the same route for ILR so her clock doesn’t reset. Did you mean once I/we apply FLR (M) for my spouse next year, she can get apply in a 10 year continuous residence route once she completes 10 years, righ...

Re: Child Registration as British Citizenship born prior to either parent ILR

A UK born child does not need ILR or a valid visa to apply for citizenship. Also, does your wife also have 10 years long residence next year?? Note there is no premium same day service anymore, the PSCs closed in November last year. It is standard 8 weeks or Super priority 24 hours which is not gua...

Re: Child Registration as British Citizenship born prior to either parent ILR

Thanks CR001. No, my wife won't complete 10 years long residence next year. Will be 7 years for her. She only needs 5 years of continuous resident as a dependent of settled person, right? In that case can we apply together or does she need to wait until I get ILR & then she has to apply?
Thanks.

Re: T2 ICT (Established Staff) to T2 General

THAT'S RIGHT. but the same line of established staff category was mentioned on the main eligibility page of switching to Tier 2 General visa. I was wondering why that line removed from that page.

Re: Tier 2 sponsor license Suspended- can FLR be applied?

So can I apply for FLR using any of the above excuse. If not what are any other ways to remain in UK (apart from getting a tier 2 general sponsor) No, not really. Your child is small enough to adapt to another country and also, your child is not British. Many people with no leave to remain own prop...
