Re: Baby born in UK to tier 2 parents

Our current employer had an HO visit in Oct 2017 and they didn't get any update from HO yet. The company has not revoked or not even suspended yet, but didn't get any confirmation from HO saying that everything is OK. So I think that if I apply for ILR while the HO is doing some verifications on the...

Re: Baby born in UK to tier 2 parents

Hi CR001, Thank you for your response and really appreciate your time. I have another quick question related to this. I am planning to switch my Tier 2 sponsor early next month. So do I need to include my baby in the application? The new sponsor's solicitor is asking to apply for my baby passport an...

Re: Baby born in UK to tier 2 parents

Hi CR001, Thank you for your quick reply. The second topic might not relevant to me but the first one looks like, as they mentioned baby born in the UK and caseworker asked why you didn't apply any visa for your baby and the answer "she born here n never travel out of uk" was not satisfact...

Re: Home Office Visit Tier 2 sponsorship

Thank you for you reply makky86. I read this in few old posts, nowadays home office is not sending curtailment letter to everyone (even though the candidate's address with them is up to date) and they are still counting the 60 days from the day licence was revoked. In this scenario, if I didn't rece...

Re: Home Office Visit Tier 2 sponsorship

Hi, The good news for you though is that you'll not be subject to 60 days employment gap if you cannot find another employer in 60 days. Even if takes 8 months for you to find new sponsor your continous stay will NOT be broken. I am in the similar situation. I have my tier 2 visa valid until March 2...

Re: Indian passport renewal - Other address

1. I put in my UK address as "other address" as it also asked for a phone number (which the maina ddress didn't). 2. As I don't have any relatives or family in the UK, I put my husband's name who's in the US. 3. Yes, that's what "local" means :) 4. I'm sure they can be, again, s...

Re: ILR Denied, Salary - Reapplying

HI, I think the formula is like this: (Your salary*COP hours )/Your weekly hours You have to check the codes of practice list and find out the number of hours they use for your job. It is usually 39. However, I would suggest you to request a salary increase in advance, just to be in the safe place....
