Change of address in Application form

Hello, I have ILR and planning to apply to BC now. I got all my documents ready. However, I am moving out on 1st of April. So I don't know if I can apply now without adding the new address or have to wait until I arrive to my new place to add the new address in the application? Or can I apply now an...

Self Employed - Self Assessment still not available

I became self-employed last year in June. I am filling my application online now (02/20) and got the questions about my employment. If I select "self-employed" then in my documents list I am asked to provide the Self-Assessment form. However, I still haven't received because the tax year e...

Gaps in NI Contribution - Good Character Requirement

I have ILR since 2017 and now planning to apply for Citizenship in February this year. However, checking my National Insurance details, I realised that have gaps in the years 2007,2008 and 2009. This happened because at that time, I was student, survived with loans and credits and didn't contribute ...

Re: Applying to ILR with new salary

That is true. I applied previously, but my sponsor gave me a letter saying that my salary was 22000 when it was in reality 22450 including the benefits and allowances. This was a mistake from my employer. The minimum salary for my position is 21500 from the shortage occupation list. Applying the for...

Hello, I will apply to ILR via Tier 2 at the end of April. My sponsor has increased my salary and It should be effective before the application. Re: ILR Denied, Salary - Reapplying

HI, I think the formula is like this: (Your salary*COP hours )/Your weekly hours You have to check the codes of practice list and find out the number of hours they use for your job. It is usually 39. However, I would suggest you to request a salary increase in advance, just to be in the safe place.

Re: ILR application rejected because of wrong information

Administrative review will not work because the decision was based on the information provided in my application.

The Solihull Premuim centre doesn't has any phone number. I have to send a letter explaining my case and requesting my documents to send a fresh application.

Re: ILR application rejected because of wrong information

Thank you, I forgot to mention that my job is in the Shortage Occupation List and is free from the 35k rule. And yes, I am in Tier 2.

If the administrative review doesn't work, am I allowed to re-apply and send this time all the correct information?

Hello, I applied yesterday for my ILR but unfortunately it was refused because I wrote in the application form the wrong salary different to the one from my COS and My employee did not explain clearly in the letter what my full salary was.
