10 years good character

Hello guys,

If someone was illegal and got married to EU citizen in 2013 but didn't apply for the residence till 2015, when can he apply for british citizenship? confusion is due to the the 10 years good character requirment.

Hi Noajthan /Ohara,

I have the form EEA4 dated 05/2008, is their any newer EEA4 form to be used?

Also I am applying after RoR, EEA4 doesn't mention RoR at all, is their an equivalent old form to use? just trying to avoid using the EEA(FM).
