when you say you applied for Tier-2 Change of Employer what do you mean here is this completely new application process or is there something where you just change the employer on the visa. Even I am in middle of some insulation.

If the HO office really cares and they understand the situation they should be able to grant longer than 60 days, the curtailment letter, it is not necessary that it will take months it can also arrive in the few days, I think its pure luck here when you get the letter. You can do employment (20 hours) in the same field as your COS nothing other than that but I am not sure if this has changed during this situation. You might have to find out that on HO website.
