Re: Tier 2 redundancies

Now patiently waiting for the letter to arrive and applying for jobs where possible. I think it's not fair if the letter comes early and 2 months is not sufficient time to find a...

Re: Tier-2 General New Employment Joining date

Hey Ikv,

Thank you

Re: Urgent help needed SOC 2135 does RLMT needed?

RLMT is not required for shortage occupation and SOC 2135 is in shortage occupation, so as long as you're applying under this code you are exempted from RLMT no matter what the agency says. Thank you for confirming, very helpful. I have communicated to the agency on the same and waiting for their r...

Unclear why you cannot read Appendix K yourself instead of spamming the forum!! https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigrat...

Re: Tier 2 redundancies

If the HO office really cares and they understand the situation they should be able to grant longer than 60 days, the curtailment letter, it is not necessary that it will take months it can also arrive in the few days, I think its pure luck here when you get the letter. Probably this is the only let...

Re: Tier 2 supplementary employment while on Furlough
