It means that I can send annual report and print out of the website of my company?

Can i submit it as supporting document to the initial application. As per HSMP guidance, evidence submitted in support of initial application is allowed.

Can you tell me what can i submit and what i cant?

If i submit a add from newspaper then they will reject my review because they will say that i have submitted additional evidence.

Also tell me do i need to submitt photocopies of all the previous documents submitted?

Do they into account the gap. Does gap matters ? They just need two years graduate level experience?
