FLO(0) application question no 6.3 page 15 for CCJ

I am going to apply FLO(O) under family life in UK as my child have completed 7 years. But I have two CCJ for credit card. Do I need to say yes for question no 6.3 page 15 ? Because I am not sure its a civil judgement or not. If I have to say yes is that negative for my application ?

I have an FDR which is matured six months before the application and money is still there. I did not submit the FDR because they might be not accept. spouse sponsorship refused.is there any hope to win appeal ?

My tier 4 extension refused because my spouse( dependent and livening with me in uk) was sponsored me. How it can be that my spouse can not me ? They gave me right of appeal within 10 days. Is there any hope to win if I go for appeal ? Please help.

yes - correction - you should not need a new CAS if the application is rejected as invalid because the application is treated as if it never happened. you need a new CAS Yes you need to make another application. You are unlikely to get an appointment for the premium service and also that is only for straightforward applications - as you are now an overstayer it will not be straightforward so you should apply by post.
