Now the issue is this; I used the details of the previous one during my naturalisation submission. Do I have to update th...

Anyone received their amended PR Card from HO

Hello all, So HO circulated a letter couple of months back requesting for the PR card to be cut and sent back to them so they can rectify an error and that amended card will be returned within 5 days. I know not to believe in whatever the HO says about duration but have anyone have their amended car...

Re: British Citizenship Enquiry

I'm not going to say try and forget about it, because its simply impossible to do so, when you think about the magnitude and importance attached to BC in this current hostile climate. I've seen straight forward applications take upwards of 8-9months and even longer and others arrive within 3 months...

So today 20/09/2017, I have used Lancashire NCS service to apply for BC and Passport together for myself only.
Out of interest- is there a plan for your children to get British citizenship too?

When I can afford that - Yes. For now; I am unable to do such for 4 children.

Re: PR Refused - Please help review

I'm not sure that Child D has permanent residence. It's unclear from what we've been told. If the father was still working in the UK on D's 5th birthday, then D has acquired PR. Otherwise, the best hope is that: (1) The father left the UK as soon as he stopped working; and (2) D started school (and...

Re: British Citizenship Enquiry

These are all separate applications, AN1 for you, and I think EEA3 (EEA PR?) for the kids. It is actually 85 pounds, because of biometrics, but probably still worth it. The kids already have PR I believe, What I am looking for is DCPR isn't it? The last one was born in the UK and she never had Regi...
