Benefits and citizenship

Quick question.

I got my ILR about a month ago. When applying for naturalisation in a years time will my application be effected if I claim JSA, Housing benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit in the meantime?

Thanks for any responses on the matter.

Well, after a little help from a very friendly benefits officer I was told that my wife, although on my claim by name, has not been given any benefits afterall . Thank God for that.

Is there anybody qualified to answer my question? Do you expect free immigration advice on a forum??? No. Admittedly, I misused the term qualified. What I actually meant was "Is there anybody with experience with something like this? Someone who could give me some guidance?" I don't know ...
