I am waiting more than 13 months now, my local TD emailed them 2 weeks ago, but they did not give any interesting answer!

No, I applied EU1 again as my solicitor adviced and she said its a hassle to apply for EU3 as least chances for approval . So i have 6month temporary stamp4 till july and department already informed. So any advice? in my opinion, they will not move your file to 2nd stage unless you get EU3 or EU1 s...

Application date 19 Feb 2016, Based on 5 year residency, Spouse of EU First letter 16 March 2016 - further letter 15 April 2016 asked for additional documents, sent them straight away. I got my EU3 10 years approval at the end of July 2017, sent a copy of up to dated visa to citizenship department a...
