I think you will have to supply Final certificate. If you go the route you suggested you might be taking little risk and will be race against time. Hi

I am on PWS visa my wife is also living with me on dependent visa , can she switch her visa to TIER 1 HSMP by staying here or she has to get back to her country to do so.

Academic Comparbility

HI

For the Tier 1 HSMP you need to have a degree or Professional Qualification which will be as a level of Masters but if some one have done Professional qualification from UK, would UK NARIC be able to compare that or its only the overseas qualification they can compare.

What documents should i have to attached with my IGS application except from the degree or certificate.. ?

And please make me clear that Visa validity would be for 1 year or 2 and i also heard that home office is replacing IGS to differnt category after 30th June.
