I have just checked on point based calculator and its giving me 10 points on english language for my Btec advance diploma ... this is the same i used when applied tier 1 general.

My Mrs got her settlement visa from pakistan and wondering if there is any time limit that she must travel to UK in certain days or something.

Got a phone call that passport is ready for collection on Monday. Don't know the outcome ... Applied on 14th October and asked for more documents on 24th December. What do you think guys .... Download the form AN and on page 17 and 18 you will have the complete list of supporting documents generally required. cheers Also read the FAQ's on this forum. vr I meant to say about the english language requirement. Do i still need the language certificate if i have life in uk test passed. Thanks

I am still waiting for my wife visa since october 14.. they did asked us to send more documents on 22nd December and still waiting ......


Any info if they ask for more documentation then how long do they take for decision.
