Re: Refund from UKVI

Oh someone was successful to get refund. Its give me a bit of hope. I understand what you are saying but If i would have paid for IHS they would have put me for 10 year route under FLR P. So solicitor suggested reapply. I will try to request for a refund. 🤞quote=aman90 post_id=1796157 time=156139667...

They are charging a big money for this service but they dont provide that level of service. I understand I made a mista...

You can possibly try and write to HO explaining the situation. By writing to them, nothing more you can loose. Maybe it will work. No harm.
Thanks. Do you know to which address or email I'd.
Thanks

Re: How to appeal against UKVI ILR decision

There is no requirement to list your absence. Countries lived in yes, but not visited. You must have ticked something incorrectly somewhere. Hopefully you have put yourself down as the main applicant in the form. Thanks for all the help. Applied again using set O form and granted ILR. Is there any ...

Re: How to appeal against UKVI ILR decision

You will have to reapply on form Set O and meet the requirements and pay the fees again. Just to clarify, you have definitely held a tier 2 DEPENDENT visa for the whole 5 years and not a mix of tier 2 main and tier 2 dependent as your 2017 post suggests? If I reapply again on set o form. Do I need ...

Thanks. Apologies for asking again. I understand there is no minimum requirement for set o. Do I still have to provide bank and salary statement of my husband?
