Re: Tier 1E extension refused

However, it is nothing wrong to hire an employee according to one's appearance. Discrimination... which is not allowed. You have to select employees based on their competencies and relevant experience and qualifications and not the way they look, unless you are running a modelling agency. Its very ...

Re: Tier 1E extension refused

I am thinking you guys who are facing the same situation or extremely long wait might joint action against HO. What they have done is outrage and unfair.

Re: Tier 1E extension refused

so sorry to hear that. What is the "points-based" system for if HO refuse a case based on an interview? The only reasonable explanation is that they found out pieces of evidence which are proved employments were not genuine. However, it is nothing wrong to hire an employee according to one...

Re: Tier1 Extension Refused based on Interview- Really confused

the most horrible reasons for refusing a visa. I wish my case was not in this officer's hand.

1) Did you show your personal bank statements and business bank statements to prove your investment?
2) What evidences that you submitted to prove your employment?

Re: Trading Premises

HO are considering and holding those cases which are trading from home or VO? Isn't that reasonable for 50k funds entrepreneurs? 50k is really very limited budget for setting up and running a business for 3 years (force to hire two employees) in the UK as genuine entrepreneur's view. They should not...

Re: Online status checker

That date could be an evidence that HO did not touch the case for a while. :D
So they take 'the dates' away to keep everyone's mouth shut. 8)

Re: HO Reference No not Accepting

Technically, your data (case no., ihs no.) has not been recorded in their system.

This beta service has been running for over a half year, but HO tends to offer it as a trial service in forever. When an applicant points out a problem, they can always make excuses for "trial service". haha

Good job and congrats. 8)

Actually, what kind of legal options that could be used to against HO?
I personally think that they are meant to just postpone the majority applicants' cases to reduce migrants figures.

Re: Refusal letter sent Signed For 2nd Class

Royal mail did mess up orders recently, it could be 4 weeks for them to relocate the parcels or mails.
