With your help my son and wife received the following pertmit LEAVE TO REMAIN, WORK PERMITTED, NO PUBLIC funds. My sons second year in school and preparing to apply univercity next year. Will he be considered as HOME STUDENT.

thanks When 1200£ is converted to ,$ it is around 1644$. ln the mail ther are sying that

The application has been amended for the IHS payment request. The Visa type will appear as, Settlement- Child Under 18 and Granted LLTR.

Does this mean that they will grant visa

50 dayd ago I applied to bring my wife and aon under 18 to Uk. During application I was not able to pay IHS for my son because he was under 18. Yesterday I received a letter they are asking me to pay $1644. Is this for 5 years. In terms of acceptance what doea it mean. Thanks

2) My sons school is ending on 1/6/2019. After applying next week , if visa is granted, do they thave to arrive to UK and start living there immediately?. When he gradutes high school he will be over 18 he will lose his right to apply as achildren.
Thats why I want to apply earlier and when visa is granted go to london for Biometrics stay in Istanbul till he finished high school.

No you cannot. You can only have a visa dated 3 months in advance and you have to specifically ask for that.
