Yes. I have my pay slips starting jan 2017 and i also have my pay slips here and there from 2011. I'm here since 2008 but unfortunately my partner was in study for first few years and we missed the comprehensive cover so my pr clock started again in 2013. And now we ended up in divorce with 2 kids. ...

Thanks..i do have her p60s and payslips untill nov 2016 and a employment certificate issued in feb 2017. I got my divorce in march 2017. She earns more than 21k per year

My Ex does not sign the sponsor declaration. Will this be an issue?
I do not have the details of the benifits she claims now. I know she claims child benifits, child tax and working tax as she is working full time. Will that affect my application?
