Ignore the home office reference number. All absences must be declared when the visa was issued after 11 Jan 2018 but no evidence is needed. Children do not have the same requirements. 2) You are overthinking. This is not important. Ignore it if you do not have an NIC. For example, I am from Pakistan and we do have a National ID card number.
