Referees for online application

So how does that work? Should I print out the normal form for post application, and ask my referees to sign? Or does the online system email/call the referees upon submission?

Thanks in advance!

ILR approved but BRP missing

Hi, I applied with my wife and received the approval letter. My BRP card (main applicant) was delivered very quickly. But my wife's (dependent) card is still missing. We reported online following the link in the approval letter, and someone reply by email saying that the info has been passed to the ...

Re: ILR Refused-SOC-2119 Need help

I read somewhere too that PhD level jobs don't necessarily require a PhD degree, the code is the only thing that matters. sushant13, do you have a PhD degree? Maybe HO interpret it as PhD level job=having a PhD+doing PhD level job

Re: Please help

when you give your biometrics, post office scan the QR code in the letter from Home Office, adds a sticker to the letter and returns the letter to you. You can try to find that letter, it has the date. Otherwise, ask your friends/family and see if they remember. And check your bank statements for th...

thank you so much! I just send them a letter through next-day delivery, explaining that the Police Registration Certificate has all the details of previous T2G visas. I guess it should be very clear. Anyway, fingers crossed, thank you for replying!

T2G to ILR error in the form

Hi, I just submitted my ILR by post. It was received today. I realised I may have made a mistake in the form. Towards the end, there is a question about 'For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rule...

Re: ILR Fees 2017-2018

Hi, I think I read somewhere if you book an appointment for in-person application, you pay the current fee (2016 level, £2375)? Is it true?

If I book premium service now, will pay the 2016 fee?

Hi, so the ILR fee increases to 2297 (post application) in a couple of days. I can apply in May. The current (2016 level) premium fee is 2375. If I book an appointment in May, am I going to pay the 2016 fee (2375)? Or the 2297+premium? Thank you very much!
