u can contact your local MP to accelerate ur case

u can apply for 10 year but only u will get ILR and no income required...
but if u stay with family then they wont be eligible under your 10 year application

You must claim tax credits in JOINT names with your spouse. If you don't, it is benefit fraud. It will have no effect on her visa or future ILR etc. if you claim jointly.
