Hi missflmack, It should arrive in about 4 weeks after application. Whilst i was waiting for mine, i couldn't work too as my RC had expired. Hold on to it, it will come. As for the email, i guess non EEA applicants don't get one, i didn't either. Applied 30/09/2016 and still waiting for PR. Good lu...
