UK Holiday Visa processing time

Hello there I was wondering what could be the fastest possible processing time for a UK Holiday Visas. Is there any chance that it could be less then 10 days maybe 2 or 3 days. If so what would I have to do to get a visa that quick.

Actually he was born in the Republic of Ireland and my mother got it recognized after 1991 so I guess I am ineligable unless I talk with a lawyer.
