UPDATE! I got the letter saying that I got the Permanent Residence!! so I guess it's just a BPR error I'm going to contact them immediately to rectify I'm over the moon.. so I got it exactly 6 months to the date I sent my application See, they do make mistakes sometimes lol... happy ending! Congrats!
