Hello listener,

Welcome aboard.

I dont know ANY body getting a visa IN A WEEK. Normal time mentioned on UK website is 45 months.

The other classes of immigrants like spouse, family, PNP etc can be processed in as little as 6 months.

NO. You have been mislead. Nothing will happen to ur PR file and u just have to let them know of ur address change provided you dont want to move ur file to buffalo office.

Correction

Just for the records,

Arranged employment = Provincial Nomination Scheme

and it applies to all countries.

For this reason Arranged Employment should be supported by HRDC.

Check the HRDC website at following address for labor market info.

For taking up the job at Canada, different provinces may have different requirements. Same is true for Job Offer. Therefore you have to check their respective website.

I think you need not to worry since you are married. The proof ur reffering to is more imp to conjugal or common law partner.

I believe there wont be any problem with ur case.

Buffalo normally settles the cases between 12 and 24 months. You should expect to hear from them around 12 months or so. 2. IELTS results are valid for one year. How long u have to take ... im not sure. Perhaps it depends on you coz I have read some posts from people who took the test couple of time...
