International Travel for Tier 2 ICT dependant visa after Main Applicant switched to Tier 2 General Skilled visa

WHEN the Main applicant has switched to a 'Skilled Worker' visa and the Family is on 'Tier 2 ICT Dependant' visa, THEN Can the family travel outside the UK for a holiday? Will they be still allowed to enter the UK with a 'Tier 2 ICT Dependant' Visa on the way back to UK?

Re: Can my Child apply for ILR while other Parent is on Tier 1 Dependant

Another clarification. For the Same day Premium service for dependent service. Do I have to pay for both my Spouse and Child i.e. £590 x 2?

I think Its obvious that £590x2 will be charged but just want to confirm.

Re: Can my Child apply for ILR while other Parent is on Tier 1 Dependant

Was the child born in the UK or abroad? Children born abroad follow the immigration path of the less -privileged parent and are eligible to apply for ILR with the less-privileged parent. The number of years requirement does not apply to minors. Thanks a lot Simon for Clarification. Child is born ab...

Re: ILR through Tier-1(General) dependent after April 2018

Thanks for response. I tried by applying as a Dependant for ILR and I think you are right CR001. When I tried to apply for ILR as a Tier 1 Dependant, I get the following text: " Eligibility for partners Your current visa must be as a dependant on your partner’s tier 1 , 2 or 5 visa. If you got ...

ILR through Tier-1(General) dependent after April 2018

hi All, I am also going through the same boat. I have a little doubt that Tier 1 Dependants will be able to Apply for ILR after 6th Apr 2018 because I couldn't find anywhere where UK Visa and Immigrations has mentioned about Tier 1 general dependants. The UK Visa and Immigration website only says &q...

Re: What is the date of Visa Applied for Tier 1 Dependants

PBS dependent extension can it be done while dependants are out of UK? No you can't. They must be in the UK to apply for an extension. They also have to submit their passports and BRPs with their applications. An application from outside the UK is a new entry clearance visa and you risk them starti...

Re: What is the date of Visa Applied for Tier 1 Dependants

Yes basically as a PBS dependent extension is for 3 years and you will also have to pay the £600 each in immigration health surcharge. So I have to first get my ILR application done and then submit my families PBS dependant application. PBS dependent extension can it be done while dependants are ou...

Re: What is the date of Visa Applied for Tier 1 Dependants

hi CR001, You might be right about the Terminology. So My Families Tier 1 Dependent Visa expired on 26 July 2012 as it was not extended in time and I applied for their visa only on 18 June 2013 Then it is a new entry clearance and a new residence requirement of 5 years. They will qualify for ILR no...

Re: What is the date of Visa Applied for Tier 1 Dependants

Fine then if you meet the requirements. Your dependents will not qualify at the same time as you though. When do their visas expire? Because they are dependant hence their Visa expires on Feb 2018 but Tier 1 visa can't be extended anymore. So I think I have apply for another visa for them i.e Depen...
