is 6 month = 26 weeks (180 days) or 24 weeks
it has been 24 weeks in my case which is 156 days

I think 6 months is 180 days right?

Hi Mozah, Any updates on your visa? Unfortunately. REFUSED. - they are satisfied with the marriage. - they are satisfied with my current salary and payslips. Everything is fine. Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

Hello I emailed UKVI to chase up my husband's application and have received a standard reply. Should I expect to receive an actual update? I exceed the minimum income requirement by a few thousand so it shouldn't even be held for that. That's why I had written to them asking why it was put on hold ...

Re: Cash Savings Gift Evidence

No point asking the question now when you already applied for the visa in January. If you have not held ALL the savings of £62,000 for the full 6 months, then you need to provide evidence of where the money came from. It cannot be a loan for you or for your parents. Even if held for 6 months, HO ca...

Re: Director of Limited Company

Hi, I been paying myself minimum salary of £600 per month. so it will be £7200 per year or £3600 for 6 months. Now on the basis of replies above, I could pay myself enough dividend for the current financial year and submit 12 months of salaries slips ? which will account to £7200 in terms of salary...

I rang UKVI once, they said there are no updates "just be patient", and emailed twice received similar responses - no updates yet, etc. I have to be honest the customer service is not really efficient. Im just being "Patient".
