Re: Home office is not replying after 6 month. I need to tra

Ask your accountant to write an official letter for you to the HO. It might take some time for the HO to reply that's the only problem!

I would advise anyone to use the premium service, it's very expensive but worth all the worry!

Re: ILR in old passport - can I be self-employed without a B

Hi I would strongly urge anyone wanting a BRP card to go in person to the HO, it's expensive but worth every penny. The process can take up to 6 months! If you apply by post you will receive the biometrics invitation letter approx. a month after your application was submitted. You then have 15 days ...

Re: Home office is not replying after 6 month. I need to tra

Hi
Ask your employer to write a letter to the HO on your behalf, give them all your personal details. I would imagine that a company would have more weight than an individual.
Good luck!

Returning of Passports

Hi
I have applied for a BRP card and have now received my biometrics enrolment letter, which arrived on 21st April. Does anyone know when the HO are likely to return my passports? It states in the NTL guidance notes that it should be around 20 working days.
Thanks.

Thanks for reply. Yes a new employer. I was asked to leave after one day of work. I have resided in UK for over 45 years and worked for nearly 30 of those years. Re: NTL to BRP Postal Application

When I had to replace my daughters BRP a couple of years ago, it took about 5 months from date of applying to receiving the correct BRP (HO sent the wrong visa category with the first BRP they sent). We had to cancel a holiday to our home country due to this. I believe there is a same day service f...
