Hey, just checking back in with my data points! I applied and paid online for FBR 1 Jan 2017, but wound up having to wait for one final document to mail. I posted everything from the US to Dublin on 26 Jan 2017. I don't know when exactly it was received, but I was entered in the register 23 May 2017...
