i mailed home office for status , got reply that my application has not been assigned to case worker.

Is it original form 16 (or) is it copy signed by the employer.

we dont have original form 16 in india , we have to submit that
during the taxreturns.

any clue would be helpfull for me.

It is not known wether HO accepts original saral as genuine document for tax return.

As far as i know from this boards , i dont see anyone confirming that saral has been considered as document for tax return.

My status on the NARIC web site changed to 'COMPARISION' on the 8th DEC.

I have not recieved the letter till now.

Can somebody please give me rough estimate of time taken for the letter to reach india.
