Hi @nivota, heard you. Hugs. Keep trying. It depends on your longer plan. To work in banking industry, I would say a master degree will be better than a bachelor degree. But, again, when you graduate as a master degree holder, the situation won't be better in finding T2 sponsorship.

I would say probably 28 days before 24th Feb 2018? From 17th Nov 2016 to 27th Jan 2017 (around 50 days) you are not covered by Section 3C rules, so this period of time is excluded from the 5 years ILR rules, therefore you need extra equivalent same-length of a period to be eligible for 5 years ILR....
