You'll get your original documents back on the same day if they give you a decision on the same day (and it should).
But the new BRP will be sent by a courier. You may ask to have it send to your work place.

My premium centre appointment was on 27th October. And I got a letter last Saturday (4th) from the courier DX saying the document from UKBA was failed to deliver. And I just got it yesterday. So, I guess you can get the new brp within a week time after the appointment. Just make sure that someone 's...
