Also, I had submitted original NARIC certificates to VFS staff but mistakenly submitted the photo copy of my Degree certificate and Mark sheets along with this, will this impact on the visa decision??

IELTS Score with required CEFR Band should be more than sufficient.
Either IELTS or UK NARIC certificate is mandatory for we INDIANS :)
