Parent route was issued on June 2014 and I applied before the 30 days to extend yes.

My 3 kids not British the oldest is 12 yo and my youngest is 9 yo all of them in school here and the father doesn’t help me at all

I don’t know what to do :(

Thanks for reply Malikss Sorry what is the csi?? Yes I got contact order by Court & I read on guidance FM ROR application, they need evidence that she paid NI class 2 if she is self employed which is for lower income, they said if she is in law income they need NI class 2 exemptions certificate ...

What about if she get married in her embassy here in UK, then get the married contract translated and stamped from her embassy... HO can accept that??
I have some friends did it in Netherlands and was fine, don't know about here

Thanks for reply I thought if she was working, job seeker & self employed for the last 5 years that means she is qualified person, not? The problem currently she is self employed she got all evidences but she don't pay tax or NI cause on low income she also taken housing benefits, how about that...
