Hi Jk2007,

I am in 1+4 category. I had sent my application in the old FLR form. So they asked for the additional information which is as per the new FLR form like letter from the institution stating that medium of instruction was English etc.

Hi,

I had sent in my application during the suspension period on the old form. I was asked to send the additinal info as per the new rules applicable. I sent the additional details on 4th december and got the passport back with extension for 4 years on 8th decemeber.

Any person who has 1 year of visa cant show 8 months of earning.. a person who is migrating from one country to another will take at least 2-3 months after visa stamping. If I get a letter from my employer will it be considered as proof of earning ? I need to show earning for 8 months but i dont understand on what logic they are asking this? Anyone who has got intial 1 year approval in my position?
