there are 100s of reliable consultants. i suggest dont get bogged down by searching for consultants. just lonin to jobserve.com and apply left right and centre. Consultants will come to you.

it will probably take more tahn 2-3 weeks for a bank's background checking. they do very elaborate checking to weed out people who have been involved in financial fraud.

PRINCE2 is much sought after in the UK. But noone outside the UK knows about it. You are probably better off taking PMI in addition to PRINCE2 since PMI is recognised internationally.

in order for you to obtain a work permit, a uk based employer should give you a job offer and they should file for a work permit. you cannot do it from your end.

since you have an offer, you do not need to show bank statements. however, you need to show what arrangements you have made for accommodation.

if you are on student visa now, your ILR clock would have sopped and cannot apply for PR.
