One of my referee filled his section in lower case for my naturalisation.
Will it be ok for me to send it like that? I filled rest of the form in Upper case though.
My wife will be completing her 2 year dependant residency in June.
She spent 1 year as tier 1 dependant and the other year as FLR(M) dependant, both being dependant on my visa.
So, could she apply for her SET(M) settlement visa in June?
Please share your experiences
My wife attended for her FLR(M) application at Glasgow PEO on 13th April.
They made decision on 16th April and we received approval letter on 18th April. Since then I havent received her BRP card. Today is 10th working day and havent heard yet.
Lady at the counter has gone through my application and she said everything looks fine. She then asked me to make a payment before she submitted to caseworker. Once money is taken, it doesnt take long for biometric and decision making. Having said that, there is another thing to consider. My Tier1 v...

Please let me know if you have supplied them to cas...
I am going for ILR in march. But, my wife is not eligible yet as she didnt complete 2 years. If I apply in person, can I apply for her FLR at the same time aswell?
Hi, I will be eligible for ILR on March 20th. My wife is not eligible as she has got only 10 months visa which is due to expire on April 17th (same as me). Now, I am planning to go for another extension in a month due to job opportunities. I am thinking of applying extension for my wife aswell as th...
Hi, I applied from VFS Hyderabad for my wife and I submitted only printed pages. Also, I havent submitted tenancy agreement. But, vfs centre guys insisted and we asked them to submit application without tenancy agreement. They then submitted and my wife got her visa. I think now a days, vfs guys are...
You dont need a tenancy agreement.

I can confirm that we dont need a tenancy agreement as I got my wife's dependant visa approved yesterday without tenancy agreement. When we applied for visa, people in vfs centres insisted for it but we told them that we will take responsibility for any outcome and our documentation worked. But, mak...
