I agree with gregshukla....there is no mention of limits on extensions...they only mentioned transitional arrangements which is inline with what we expect normally. Hopefully, they will release official notes soon....

Moderators/Members,

I need an advice regarding early application. I know one can apply for ILR in last 28 days of his 5 years stay. But, can we apply one month in advance? Have you known any one who applied like that?

I believe ILR rules will remain same for whole of 2011......but government might anounce new rules in 2011 which may come into affect from 2012 or after.....fingers crossed.

I think probationary citizenship is no longer relevant...as i dont see any info UKBA site. So, if some one still finds it on official website, then i think it is worth thinking about it.

Hi, I got my HSMP on 17/04/2007. I had entered UK on 28/04/2007. I got visa and my visa is valid till 17/04/2012. Your gross will be £1300 and not £1700 as far as i know.

So, better submit application based on that. Also, to be clear, there should be a column on payslip saying Total Gross till date? Please have a look at it as i guess it is that the caseworker looks for.
