is Super priority applications open for lr

i can see following on start of the form

To manage demand, a set number of customers per day can use the super priority service. Once this number has been reached the option to select this service will not appear on your online application form.

i know i wish him good luck.

is the below lines are ok for covering letter.?

My second application in 2017 was successful and under interpretation of the rules under paragraph 39E has been cleared in case law that any overstay will be disregard.

If your regularised your stay, then UKVI was wrong to refuse. This is similar to the case of Masum Ahmed v SSHD which the previous judgment in favour of HO has now been correctly thrown out in the court of appeal. So my original advice stands. and i dont understand you received decision on 2nd April 2017 and you did not have lawful from 29 April 2017.

it has to be well before 29?? as per 14 days rule or they consider 28 days here

Zeeshi,

if he is late he should not be given in country PBS extension in first place, app must be refused for overstay.

if he was given leave its means there is discretionary had been applied and time has been ignored .

although there is gap but there is hope also.

u applied ilr based on 5 years in 2015, n your visa refused in 2019

Did u carry on with same company after extension or you dissolved it? It’s pointing on the extension application go to points based evidence and see if there is any u done it after getting extension. If they raised questions of your interview that will be unfortunate I think u have to clear yourself...

other thing need to be check if you claim employees or any tax for getting extensions and did not paid till BC application or dissolve the company without paying .

filing accounts also can be issue, if you still running same company you could still do ...!

yes she has sole responsibility, she divorced back in 2014 after coming to UK her husband had ILR but his status is he become BC or not . they are not in contact.
