Please find the answer to the above questions.

First time when she entered in the UK, she was on Workpermit Dependent visa.

At present she in the country on ILR. She got the ILR in last May, after that she went to india for 4 months. and she went to india for 3 months in 2006.

Can some one give clear evidence of the main points instead of packing the stuff? and scaring the new comers. I can’t believe that people who are njoying the fecilities of HSMP and trying to scare new comers.

NARIC response to my question.

Affected,

I have called NARIC to confirm that the 3 years Bachelor Degree in India is equal to UK standard Degree. They said its equl to UK standard degree.

Is 3 years Indian degree is equal to 4 year Uk degree?

Actually i am in the UK on workpermit. When they accepted my degree for Workpermit. I dont think it will be a problem in considering my degree as equl to UK degree. This is just an assumption. But however thanks for your comments. I will contact NARIC on this.

All,

Could some one brief the steps involved in obtaining the HSMP Visa.

my understanding is

1. FLR (HSMP) for the approval of HSMP (Fee cost £335)

After getting the approval.
2. FLR (IED) for extention of leave. (Fee cost £335)

My degree certificate is stating the medium

In My degree convocation certificate its clearly stated that the medium is english. Is it enough?
