I dont understand what we need to know from sharat posts...what is the point he is trying to make? anybody understands? Ofcourse HSMP rules are going to be changed for every 3 -6 months.. that we are all prepared now...Any new thing?

As the company is registered with companies house, HO can easily find out. They just need the registration number. Anyway, you have all payslips, p60 forms.. which are enough. mistake

Sorry it is my mistake to post the wrong information. My friend was trying to apply for HSMP dependent visa it seems (Not HSMP). The reason for rejection as you can not switch to HSMP dependent from WP within UK. (you have to travel back to home and apply for it).

I am trying to find exactly what happened.. as he is on travel, i am not able to find what happened exactly... May be he was rejected on something else also and no appeal is given as he has valid wp. Until I find, please don't get panicked by what I wrote.. Just apply normally.

ofcourse we can always say that we want to start a business and as wp holder we can not do that.... but atleast we expect the caseworker know the difference between wp and tier-1.

I have to ask him and get more details. will get the details.... As such I got HSMP when I was having 4 year LTR. (3 years back).. So I couldn't believe what happened.... really strange.. but not sure what the current scenario is...

People applying for Tier-1

Forgot to mention.. He applied from UK. I think people applying ior tier-1 should specify the reason in cover letter "Why they need to switch to Tier-1 from WP".

I know that they consider bonus.. but Holiday pay... not sure... Best thing is to ask them...

Rememebr that they dont care how much invoice you are doing .. that contract is between your umbrella company and your client. What matters is how much salary is paid to you (not expenses)...

As per the recent JR (for hsmp extension) judgement, they should not reject your application. Please reapply with latest judgemtn copy.. look in other threads for more info.

Hi,

I dont think there is difference in providing accomodation based on the country. It is same for everybody... You need to prepare to pay around 300-400 pounds for one single room in shared accomodation.. Cheers..
