I am not supporting any body.. I agree with you that one should not makie allegations without proof.. But even if they have.. what do you do with that? Complaint to HO??

HS job

Also Highly skilled person have another problem of VISA (which is having less time - may be expiring soon). This will unqualify him for lot of perm jobs...

Yes...

I worked for an indian company.. which has so many clients in UK....

In My case.. I went to India worked for same company... then I asked one UK company to process my WP... they processed 5 year new wp and I came back (They did new WP even though I have valid WP)...

I went to India working for the same company. (My visa was valid in that period ).

Can I say to HO that I am out of UK for business reason? If yes, what documents I need to provide to support that ? (As of now, I dont have any documents)

Hi,

I have ten months continuous gap in 5 years (as work permit holder). Now I switched to HSMP. Can anybody tell me whether I can apply for ILR?

Answer is no.. When I switched from work permit to HSMP, I got 2 year time eventhoug my wp is valid for another 4 years.

Very sad

I am really very sad to see we people are fighting with each other. May be HSMP forum is trying to make figures big as they want to get justice. English language letter from JNTU, Hyderabad

Hi,

I got English language requirement letter from JNTU, Hyderabad. The letter says that "All the courses in this University are taught in English". Not mentioned that my B.Tech degree is taught in English... Will this letter sufficient?
