BRP not received (Super Priority Service)

Hi, I recently applied for change of surname after divorce on my BRP with super priority service (£980). I got the letter from home office on 14th August 2019 stating that BRP will arrive in 7 working days followed to the date on letter. I waited for 10 working days and used the link on home office'...

Re: Surname change on BRP (Tier 2 company sponsored)

Thanks so much for reply. I think the best option is go through priority than the long wait. One last question would be supporting documents: will my new passport, divorce decree (from India), bank statement in new name and letter from GP (new name) enough. All the documents have my current address?...

Surname change on BRP (Tier 2 company sponsored)

I am applying for change of surname (after divorce) on BRP (Tier 2 - General). I have all the related documents and filled in the right form for updating BRP. I have below questions: 1. I understand the processes must have changed.

My question is if I apply through premium service will it still take 8 weeks to 6 months?
Can somebody please help me with my query regarding premium appointment?

Hi Zimba,

Thanks so much for getting back, I will be applying BRP through priority channel. On the website it says 3-5 working days. Will it still take 6 months?

Many thanks,

Surname change on BRP after Divorce

Re: Change from Tier2 General Dependent to Tier2 General

Hi,

Once I get sponsorship from my Employer do I have to wait another 5 years to get my ILR?

Is there any other option I can apply for my ILR before that?

Kind Regards,
Jann
