I suggest you do the following: Make sure you have £800.00 from the start of March. That gives you March, April and up to the 16th of May when you apply. When you apply sent your bank statements but in your cover letter indicate that you you will send additional bank evidence. In another 2 weeks se...

She needs a salary of £32,000 per anum to get the additional 5 points for extension. So she is short by £1500.00. Which is not a lot relatively. I suggest she gets a part time job to make up the difference. The job does not have to be skilled and it is a small sarifice for ten months or so in ligh...

More than one payslip in one month

HO accepts more than 12 pay slips from a 12 month period. As long as the payslips are issued in the correct month. I had bonus payments issues on a separate payslip (for work done the previous year) and this was accepted. It is only logical - for example if you work for two companies (two jobs)then ...

15 months prior to end of leave period or prior to applicati

Hello all, I searched the board and found a lot of questions about the 12-month continuous earnings period, but did not find a similar question to this. My initial HSMP leave period expires end of Feb 2008. I wish to apply for extension using a 12-month earnings period from November 1st 2006 to Octo...

Note however that the transitional guidelines state that you are eligible only if your previous grant of leave under HSMP was made prior to November 8th 2006. I think logically it will be around until Nov 7th 2008. For applicants after that period goodness knows what will be in store for them.

Hi LondonBlonde I agree with you. Your business should be bonafied. This would be reflected on your business and personal bank account statements.
