Alee.. I am not sure when HO received the application but I assume no later then the 1st or 2nd of March because the application was sent from the UK by consultant. Payment was made by credit card.

Home Office wants to see original documents.. if you are sending your original tax returns for 2005-2006, and have a good reason for not providing the latest tax returns, then fine. And no harm in sending the screen shots as well.

If you are providing a payslip for Feb then you need to provide a bank statement for Feb as the two evidences should corroborate with each other.
Also make sure to provide your tax documents even if they only cover 3 months, and request exceptional consideration.

If you are sure that your degree is equivalent to UK degree then there is no need to provide NARIC letter (i.e. NARIC comparison letter is not mandatory).

I plan to submit my HSMP application next weekend. I have my p60 for last year which covers the period April 2005 - Mar' 2006. My past 12 months earning as of current month will be earning Mar 2006 - Feb 2007. Should I still submit p60 along with Payslip, Bank statement and letter from Employer? YES.

Paul, you don't need to attach your graduation mark list. For the tax returns, it is very important to submit them even if they only cover part of the period claimed. If you are providing a letter from employer, then it would include your employer contact details and name of contact person. If you are not providing a letter from employer, then you can mention these contact details on the cover letter.

I wouldn't submit it in order not to give the case worker a reason to reject the application. You are already providing bank statements over and above the tax returns and the pay slips.
